Weddings get their own package. Larger guest lists mean more planning and prep, and we give them the time they deserve.

Hosting is enough work. Let us buy the alcohol for your event so you can focus on the room, the guests and everything else.

You pay only for what's used, at exactly what we paid for it. No markup, no stocking up, no leftover bottles to figure out. Prefer to buy your own? That works too.

Licensing

We'll sort out the licence with you

An event on private land doesn't need a special event licence. If your event does need one, it can go under the host's licence, or we can provide the event licence for you.

Career bartenders, not party staff.

Every one of us is an experienced mixologist with more than a decade in the industry. Our lead bartenders are WSET wine certified and have spent years studying spirits and cocktails. That knowledge is what makes an Alchemist event different.

How booking works

Three steps to a better bar.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about your event

    Send a quote request with the date, location, guest count and what you have in mind.

  2. Step 2

    Plan it together

    We talk through the menu, the setup and whether we're supplying the alcohol, then send your quote.

  3. Step 3

    Enjoy your event

    We arrive early, set up, pour all night and pack everything out. You never touch an ice bucket.

FAQ

Good questions.

Who supplies the alcohol?

Your choice. You can buy it yourself, or we can supply it and charge you only for what's used, at the same price we paid. No markup.

Do I need a special event licence?

Not for an event on private land. Otherwise, the event can run under the host's special event licence, or we can provide the licence for you. We'll confirm what applies when we quote.

Do you work in winter?

Yes. When it's too cold for the trailer, we run in-house events: Christmas parties, holiday cocktail classes, tastings and private parties at your office, home or venue.

What does the trailer need for power?

A standard 120V outlet. It only runs LED lights, a TV and the sound system. There's no refrigeration on board, and the draught system runs on CO2 canisters.

How much space does the trailer need?

A level spot with room for guests to walk up and step inside. Tell us about your venue and we'll confirm it fits.

Can we have beer on tap?

Yes. The trailer has a 2-tap draught system, available with any trailer package.

How far ahead should we book?

Summer weekends and December fill up first. For weddings and holiday parties, reach out as early as you can.
